Product: HP MFP M477fnw
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When I print in grey scale I have a grey background on all my prints. When I print in color I have a multicolored background on all my prints.  This happened out of nowhere. HELP PLEASE!!!!

What results do you get if you print the configuration page from the control panel of the printer. That almost looks like a voltage problem. On the configuration page there is a DC controller firmware version. Make sure it is 15010. If not, there are posts about 59.0x errors and a link I posted to a DC controller firmware update. I would try that.

Found the post. Updated DC controller, still printing grey background.
