Welcome to the HP Forums 🙂 I would like to take a moment and thank you for using this forum, it is a great place to find answers. For you to have the best experience on the HP forum, you could also visit our HP Forums Guide for First Time Here? Learn How to Post and More. I understand you are getting '0x' error message on your HP printer screen. Don't worry as I have a few suggestions which should help you resolve this issue.
To provide you with an accurate solution, I'll need a few more details:
Have you recently made any changes on the printer before the issue started?
Have you tried to perform a Hard reset on the printer?
Did this happen after a power surge or power outage?
In the meantime, let's try these steps here:
Let's start with a printer reset
(1) Turn the printer on, if it is not already on.
(2) Wait until the printer is idle and silent before you continue.
(3) With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
(4) Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
(5) Wait at least 60 seconds.
(6) Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet.
NOTE: HP recommends connecting the printer power cord directly to the wall outlet.
(7) Reconnect the power cord to the rear of the printer.
(8) Turn on the printer, if it does not automatically turn on.
The printer might go through a warm-up period. The printer lights might flash, and the carriage might move.
Wait until the warm-up period finishes and your printer is idle and silent before you proceed
If your printer connected wirelessly, make sure to temporary connect the device with USB and then follow the link to install latest firmware update available for your printer, using this link. Once done, restart the printer. For more details on how to update the printer firmware, please click on this link: HP Printers - Updating or Upgrading Printer Firmware
For more assistance, please follow the steps suggested in the support document for - HP OfficeJet Printers - Resolving 'Problem with Ink System' Error (Though it does not list your printer model, however the steps would be the same).
You can refer to this Link: HP Inkjet Printers - '0xc19a0005' Error or Similar Error Displays
Please let me know if this resolves the issue, or if you require further assistance!
Eagerly waiting for your response!
that said, If the information I've provided was helpful,
give us some reinforcement by clicking the solution and kudos buttons,
that'll help us and others see that we've got the answers!
Good Luck.

What was the meaning of the error code?
