When running the HP Print and Scan Dr. on my HP OfficeJet Pro 8710 it stops on Device Error Detected: with an X on "Device Status" indicating it is not fixed. The only instructions say 1. to install genuine HP ink cartridges (I've had the same fakes in for months) and 2. Clear any error on printer display, then click retry. There is no error message and I have clicked retry to no avail. Now what????
