HP m281fdw

HP m281fdw - I print many documents that contain both legal and letter size. How do I do this with the m281? When I tried feeding legal into tray 1, it printed first page correctly but then printed second page on letter size.

Hi @Bear6389

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

To assist you better, which device are you trying to print from?

To know how to load papers into the printer, refer to this document.

Once you load the paper and close the tray, on the screen, you will have an option to select the paper type and paper size.

Make sure to select the appropriate one.

You will also have to check the print settings on the app you are using to print.

Keep me posted.

Make sure you have tray 1 set as legal on the printer and not any size.
