I am receiving a status message everytime I print telling me how to reload the paper for double sided printing. I do not want to print double sided. How do I turn this message off? It appears every few seconds, is very annoying, and will not allow the printer to go on to the next job unless I press ok. Thank you.

Check the setting in the application such as Word before you print.
