HP Recommended
M608 printer
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

We have 1 manual feed and 2 trays and all users' printing defaults to tray 3. However, whenever we print Word documents from email attachments, it prints to the manual feed, even though the printing options page clearly has the defaults showing. In addition, selecting tray 2 when printing an email is ignored and it still prints to tray 3. We cannot see anywhere why it is defaulting in this way, nor why it is overriding the chosen settings in the print preview.

Can anyone help?  I would ask HP but their 'contact us' won't allow my case submission when logged in to my account and nothing happens when I click 'submit' on a case creation when not logged in!
