Product: HP LaserJet Pro MFP M26nw
Operating System: Microsoft Windows XP (64-bit)

Printer stuck on intializing screen, have tried multiple attempts at powering off, unplugging, USB disconnected, and any other advice that has been posted multiple times for this same issue but nothing has worked. Need some help please!!
