Hi, my problem is exactly same as this topic, and I raise a new topic because I cannot get a solution.

I tried what Jeet_singh suggested except factory reset (my printer is not network connected). No luck- installation of the package in this page does not happen. What should I do?

Hi,

Please browse to C:\LJPM11-M13_Full_Solution and double-click HpSetup.exe, then follow the steps to install and connect the printer, you will be asked to temporarily connect a USB cable during the installation.

I am sorry, I thought the problem solved, but actually not. It was only successful at installation. Installation was a success and I could then print a test page, but that's it. After that, I still cannot print. The printer icon in control panel is transparent. What I should do now?
