Product: Laserjet pro 400 color
Operating System: macOS 10.14 Mojave

I have a laserjet pro 400 color that isn't printing cyan. I've tried a new cartridge. I've pushed the small button on the right side of the printer and it does print cyan when it prints the page of lines. Thanks in advance for any help.

No, it show's the the cartridge is at 80%, but the cyan level bar is just white
