Product: LAPTOP-H84Q499H
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My printer was fine and then it stopped printing color. Black is ok. Cartridges are full. It changed itself to monochrome. I change all the settings I can find to color and before it prints, it reverts back to monochrome. Test pages print color just fine. It makes no sense to me that it won't print jobs in color.

This seems to be a driver issue since the Test pages are printing color just fine
