HP COLOR LASERJET PRO M452NW

I had a paper jam, we have removed al of the pieces of paper, search thru the entire machine and there is noting... however no matter what I do I still get a "Jam In Printer Path.  Open Rear Door To Remove Jam".

Is there a way to reset the machine or do I have to take it in for service?

Try to use a thick cardstock or plastic film inserting it through the paper path from the inner most of paper tray to the rear door direction to see if it can push something out or not.

It's important to remember that you must push the thing along with the paper path not from reverse direction otherwise you'll be broken the hidden sensor inside of the paper path.

Based on the model it is entirely possible that you have a piece of paper jammed in the fuser. With this engine style it is nearly impossible to see an accordion jam in the fuser without taking the entire printer apart.
