No error messages for my HP Officejet 4620 printer. Replaced used black cartridge with proper HP 564 black cartridge that I purchased from the HP site. I have just ordered another hoping it will work and that the one they sent to me previously was "bad." How do you get a refund????? OR, what do I do to get it to print black?

If the issue still persists, I'd suggest you Contact HP in your region regarding the ink replacement.
