Hi,

 

i have have a brand new MFP M277dw. This is the first HP product I’ve purchased in 15 years after a past bad experience.

 

i removed the packing, plugged it in, and loaded drivers.  From the get go it doesn’t work.  I got a Low Memory message.

 

Following other posts in this forum I tried to run a config report. It doesn’t print that either. It says printing with a green tick but does nothing and goes back to the home screen.

 

i tried copying. Still nothing.

 

its a huge useless paper weight.

 

unfortunately I left it sit in the box for a couple months before opening it and I can’t return it to the store.

 

Any suggestions?
