Hi Folks,

when I try to print either from glass or internet the pages come out covered with black streaks over the printed text the first page is hardly legible. Subsequent pages are a little lighter but still covered in black ink with 2 white strips down the middle of the page.....still bad.

HP Printer Drum 90% and black cartridge are at 70% . BLUE DRUM IS mostly COVERED IN BLACK INK WHEN I CHECKED IT....but I’m not sure if this is an abnormality?

I tried the clean function in printer but it did help the printing quality?

Any Suggestions to resolve problem would be appreciated, George

You either have a leaking toner unit or the drum is bad. After a page is printed the blue drum should be clean.

Hi...Thank you for your suggestion. It makes sense I will give it a try. I recently bought HP toner through Amazon I will see if it is under warranty.
