Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello!  I have a HP Color laserjet Enterprise M652 that keeps giving the error code: 41.07.C2  

 

I've checked the printer's paper settings, and on the server it's shared on, all correct.  checked paper paths, everything looks find.  This is a new printer, and I've searched around and cannot find that error code anywhere.  Any help would be great!

HP Recommended

The closest error in troubleshooting is 41.07.72 which is delayed feed from paper source 2. Make sure the paper you are trying to feed is within rated specs. Test the tray using plain paper. Also ensure that you have set the media type correctly on the control panel
