Hi,
Last week my printer started with an issue. When I print documents I hear the printer start up - on my mac it says waiting for the job to complete and then it proceeds not to print.
I seem to be able to cure this by removing all of the power, unplugging and leaving it off for a few minutes. When I turn it back on it works for a single print but then doesn't work again.
There aren't any connection issues - it seems able to print once each time before it stops again.
So far I have
- removed all the printer cartidges and put them back in again
- reset the wifi
-reset the settings
- and I keep unplugging it for a while to keep it going one print at a time
Anyone else had this issue?

Question, what happens if you try to print a built in multi-page document such as the menu map? Trying to separate software issues from hardware issues. If printing the menu map does not work then you probably have a hardware issue. If could be as simple as having the wrong paper specified as installed on the control panel of the printer. IE: print is set for legal paper but there is actually letter size paper loaded. This is a more common issue than you would think. Also a sticking or bad sensor could cause the printer to detect the size of paper as it feeds wrong. If the menu map prints successfully then I would look to a corrupted print driver or an issue with your program settings.
