Product: LaserJet Pro MFP M479fdw
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I purchased this new printer (LaserJet Pro MFP M479 fdw) and installed the SW 2 times to see if it could solve the problem. 

 

The ADF will not work with Acrobat XI Pro to scan documents, only the flatbed.  The ADF works with the HP S/W, so it is not a hardware issue.  From the forums, I see others have had this same issue.

 

I have used Acrobat for my scanning for many years, and need to continue to do so, due to the editing and forms tools that I use frequently. 

 

Please - how can I get the ADF to work with Acrobat XI and the HP printer/scanner?
