Product: HP LaserJet p1102w
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

We just updated our home Wifi network. I need to reinstall my HP p1102w wireless printer. I have downloaded the drivers and the installation program from the HP website. When I click "run," nothing occurs after the "Extracting" completes. I have unblocked pop-ups and I have enabled the "secret" Administrator from the Command Prompt, because I was getting an error message that said "An administrator has blocked you from running this app for your protection." I followed instructions for enabling the Administrator, but I still cannot run the installation program.

Hi,

Right-click the Start menu and select Run, then paste the following and press OK to launch the setup program:

C:\LJP1100_P1560_P1600_Full_Solution\HpSetup.exe
