Its been stuck in initializing, I tried disconnecting the power plug and reconnecting. are there any ways to stop this initialization so I can print

I heard there is something like NVRAm reset, I would like to know the steps

I am sending you a private message with the steps to reset the printer which are particular to your printer model. Please check the mailbox icon at the top-right corner of this screen.
