Hello
We are facing an issue with sharing content from Lync client to group series codec registered to Lync 2013.
While Video, address book, presence and calendering works fine content share does not happen.
Firmware ver of G 500 is 5.1
BFCP is set as "prefer UDP"
Encryption is set as "when available"

When using Lync, Content from the client is sent via RDP, rather than BFCP.
RDP must be enabled on the GS endpoint. From the Admin Guide:
Enable RDP Content Sharing
You can use Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP) to share content. But first, you must enable the VisualBoard/RDP setting on the web interface.
To enable RDP Content sharing:
- In the web interface, go to Admin Settings > General Settings > System Settings > VisualBoard/RDP.
- Select Enable and click Save.
