HP Recommended

We have a supplier implementing installed audio with a 3rd party DSP for an existing CX7000. They have been unable to disable the AEC on the CX7000 resulting in very degraded audio. Is it possible to disable AEC on the CX7000?

 

If it is not possible to disable the AEC on the CX7000, is it possible to use this in conjunction with a SoundStation when the AEC on the CX7000 cannot be disabled?
