EagleEye III blocked when panning

Hi, 

I'm trying to setup an EagleEye III Camera with my HDX9002. On startup the camera moves to a certain position facing down left. I get a picture, and I can pan up and down, but when panning horizontally, the camera stops at a certain angle shortly before it would point to the front. I can only pan right/left between these two positions.

Is there anything I can do to calibrate the default position/ range?

Is the codec properly detecting the right camera?  Look at the UI to see the camera detected.
