In a multipoint call the GS 500 selfview is aprt of the Multisite layout. I do not see a Multipoint Layout option in the software (HTTP to codec) . Can this be turned off?

Try toggling the 'Self View' to 'Show'.

Further descriptions of the Self View function is outlined in the User Guide. (link Below)  see page 5 and page 15

Hi Ken

GS500 = Multi-site unit  - - can select a layout where Selfview is not part of the Multi-site layout...

GS300 = cannot select a layout that does not include its own Selfview in the CP layout

RP Desktop = cannot select a layout that does not include its own Selfview in the CP layout

I dialed no the Multi-site with an HDX over internet H.323 = cannot select a layout that does not include its own Selfview in the CP layout

It appears as though the Multi-site feature populates a layout and "sends same layout" to all participants?
