I have found the following issues with Group Series (Release - 6.1.7-450056)  and Zoom

1. Polycom Group Series 500 (GS 500) calls into a Zoom meeting H323 through Zoom CRC and received a black content channel when a Zoom computer client is sharing content

but when I share content with participants from my GS 500 I don't have any problem it working normally 

 

 

Is anyone else experiencing these issues?

Welcome to the Poly community. 

You can try to update the software to 6.2.2.7 and see if that helps. 

Also, Have you checked the firewall configuration? On the Group Series H.460 needs to be enabled.  Log in to the Group Series WebUI.  Go to Admin Settings --> Network --> Firewall.  Check the 'Enable H.460 Firewall Traversal:' checkbox.
