In HDX-7000 we are not able to view far end image,But far end system pepole can view your image.

Hello,

This appears to be an issue with either the firewall or the firewall settings on the unit.

Navigate to system >> Admin settings >> Network >> IP >> Firewall.

Set the NAT configuration to manual and enter the public IP address of the unit on the NAT Public (WAN) Address field.

Check with your firewall administrator and make sure that the proper ports are open.
