I can't seem to send dial tones during a SIP call. Only the star and hash keys seem to register. I can hear the dial tones being sent but they don't seem to register. Has anyone had this problem before?

Hello Azzurri,

You may be refeering to SIP DTMF.

For DTMF we follow the RFC 2833, please clarify or call us at 1-888-248-4143 for immediate assistance.

Hi irego,

 

Thanks for the replay. Yes I did mean SIP dtmf.

 

However I found in the release note 3.0.5 known issues, that meeting passwords are not supported in SIP calls.

 

This is what I was trying the achieved. I take it that this has not yet been addressed.
