Hi, I hope someone can assist with the following problem:

We have a number of HDX 7k's rev C/latest firmware - identical systems registered with Lync 2010. On some (not all) if Lync client A calls HDX, A/V ok both directions, if Lync client B calls the hdx second, then  Lync client B receives no audio from any participant, but video ok. This doesnt matter which client calls first, the second has no audio. However, if client A calls the HDX, and the HDX calls client B, then all works great.

Any suggestions anyone ?

Many thanks....

Sorry, should also mention, that during these calls, the video often "freezes" for up to 5 minutes.
