Hi Polycom Experts,
1. I have HDX 6000 HD with version release of 3.0.0-5794. Can I integrate it to Lync 2013 server? if yes, can you please provide me the procedures?
2. How can I verify if have already RTV/CCCP license because I can't find it in Admin>General>Options?
3. Do I still need an "Upgrade Key Code" for software update to 3.0.5-22695? The current software version of my HDX is release 3.0.0-5794.
Thanks in advance.

Hi there...
1) No - you need the latest version 3.1.2 for lync 2013 support (check the rls notes here)
2) if it´s not in there, rtv is not enabled. If you are unsure whether you have bought a license or not, talk to your reseller please
3) for upgrading to 3.1.2 you will need an upgrade key. If you have a valid and active service contract, you can generate the key on the polycom support page. Otherwise you can rearm your service contract or buy only the upgrade.
