Dear,

 

We have Telepresence Group 300 system. We would like to turn on the system, but the problem is that loading starts but does not stops. what can be the problem?

New units have a Polycom warranty please call your Polycom reseller or support provider for assistance.

 

The service line for Polycom is 1-800-POLYCOM

 

I would not even want to guess what the issue is as there is not enough information here to even guess. If it is a new unit you will have to preform and OOO - Out Of Box - installation.
