VSX 3000 screen goes black

Our desktop VSX 3000 system has been working great. However,  yesterday we went to use it and the welcome screen flashed briefly and then went black. When we hit the "call" button on the remote the audio worked fine and when we input our conference call ID we could hear the other party perfectly but the screen stayed black. We pushed the "input" button on the console and the screen briefly flashed the conference room and then went black. If we power off the unit and then turn it back on and hit the "input" or "menu" button the screen comes alive for about 2 seconds and then goes black. Any help?

I think it's dead.  Contact your local Polycom Tech Suport or supplier to get the unit RMA'ed.
