VSX 7000 - CAMERA DOWN

Hello,

Today i had one surprise at one of our VSX 7k station:

- pipe camera is blue;

- camera don't move;

- remote control fail sometimes;

- five minutes after system don't show screen;

You should talk to your local polycom reseller or issue an RMA at Polycom.

Today we received this camera at another remote location and we test it with another CODEC and SUBWOOFER and no problems occur, so I could be a overheat or local supply problems... When this camera arrived at its local room I will update this post.
