I can't connect to my scanner on my macbook, which is running macOS Big Sur. When I try to turn on the Bluetooth on the printer, it says "Bluetooth Smart is turning on" with a spinning progress bar. This stays on for hours and nothing happens.

 

I already tried unplugging it from the wall while it was turned on, waiting 60 seconds, then plugging it back in. No luck. I also have it plugged directly into the wall outlet, but again, no luck.
