HP Recommended

Hello, my HP Envy speaker will not work.  The speaker is built in to the laptop and the volume buttons do not work on the laptop. My plug in keyboard volume buttons do not work either. When I use headphones, I am able to listen to the computer but without headphones I do not hear a noise. Is there an easy fix somebody would be able to help me with?

Hello, do you have try to use HP Support Assistant for update all your drivers (except the BIOS)?? 
If you need you can install the last version of Support Assistant here: 

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp95001-95500/sp95226.exe

 

If any update for your audio driver or not working please tell us the Product Number (P/N) from your PC.
