Audio Problems

HP ENVY x360 m6 Convertible
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have constant audio problems, the sound just cuts out randomly, and only comes back after restarting my laptop, and even then I may have to restart it more than once. 

 

I have followed these steps: https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c05112033  all the way to step 8, where i ran the audio playback test and got this Error ID:  9C0HVG-87G971-GXGK7F-21VE13 

 

Help.

Update: I don't have a warranty anymore, so they refused to help me over the phone. If anyone finds a solution let me know - until then, I'll just keep restarting my computer :ThumbUp:
