Updated version of your link. Audio test was successful, no errors were found

@Alexander31 That confirms this isn't a hardware issue and I suggest you back up all personal data before initiating a system reset using the steps in this link: Click here

If the issue persists, you may want to get a recovery media: Click here for details and use the same to reinstall the OS.

If you wish to thank me for my efforts, you could click on "Accept as solution" on my post as the solution should help others too.

Why would I do a reset, what's the point if I reinstalled 2 times with a full reset and installing all the drivers from the official site, this computer was sold without OC preinstalled, I paid a lot of money $ 825 for a gaming laptop in the hope of watching movies and listening music in high quality and sound from it as from a laptop of 2005, when buying, I was told that it had a Bang & Olufsen audio system, what the hell it doesn’t work. I did everything possible, cant with your drivers. Do something with this. I had an HP laptop before and everything worked there even without installed chipset drivers and on the old BIOS, why the same B & O control panel was blocked.

Please download and do a clean install (uninstall Realtek, reboot and install new downloaded software) the following software for your machine:

   https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp88001-88500/sp88001.exe

A clean driver installation of 88001 has been performed many times but this does not solve my problem.
