Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello community!

Am I the only one thinking that at least for this model sound was not even tested before the product was sent into mass production?

I was not expecting too much for a business notebook but still...during a call to have the sensation that I am listening some "wet, old, cardboard" speakers distortions  it was something that I could never anticipate from a new HP device.

I know cheap entry level laptops that have better sound than this one and it's a pity.

Maybe someone from HP knows something about a service recall program for this product? 🙂
