Hello,

I've had some trouble with my audio on videos for months now and I finally ask my question here as it's been annoying me for too long.

On every video I watch (youtube, VLC, social media...) I miss about 5 seconds of audio of the first 10 seconds. After this silence has passed I can rewind and enjoy the video normally, but my computer does this on every single video I watch.

I've looked into it and there seems to be a solution with Realtek Audio Console (https://buildingabusiness101.com/solved-no-sound-for-first-few-seconds-of-video-realtek-audio/) but I can't find it anywhere on my PC. I tried doing it with HP audio management software but it did nothing.

It's a little thing but as I'm working on social media it's annoying to lose 10 seconds for every video I see, as I have to watch lots of these sometimes.

Thanks in advance.

PS: my headphones are down right now but as I recall the bug was active with headphones on as well. Please help me!
