Hi,

I have this laptop for 2 years now and it has been working really well until last 2 days, the laptop speaker starting to have cracking noise and today got worse. I uninstalled the speaker driver unsing the unistalled program as suggested by some other users who had the same problems. I re-installed the driver having the system to search the internet for the lastest driver. It did not help. Still suffering the cracking noise and got worse... the sounds become intermittance ( sounds couple seconds and off totally .. went quiet and then sounds again..)
I plugged in the headphone and it sounds okay. I use the paired bluetooth headphone and it also come out okay.. the only problem is the laptop speaker.. no good quality coming out when play thru the laptop speakers.

By the way, I did turn off the B&O sound controls.. no effect at all.

Any idea .. any help please.
