Firstly what exactly is your HP Pavilion Gaming Laptop 15-cx0xxx ? Does your machine actually support B&O ? B&O software comes with Audio drivers (Realtek or Conextant ...).

We need to know your machine  or re-install Audio driver from the following link

Hi and thanks

my laptop model number is

5MK62EA#UUW

and yes, there is logo of B&O

but recently i got strange problem! when i listen music and when i open one page or do something in my laptop i can hear noise in music! or stop like one second hang/crash and run again! i have watched task manager in cpu and hard disk and....

everything are completely normal (is not high usage of cpu or ram or hdd or....!) same problem when i am in battery or power charger!

it was not like this, but recently (maybe around 1,2 months) i got same problem and i thought maybe some driver is not ok

and also intel desktop graphic menu in right click on desktop was disappear too!  (i have intel uhd graphic driver and i can access from control panel or... but there is not anymore in contex menu

Please do a clean install Audio software/driver, this should help.

(a) Download the following driver and save on your computer,

          https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp100001-100500/sp100428.exe

(b) Go to Device Manager, Sound to uninstall sound driver (Realtek) and reboot,
(c) Right click downloaded file and select Run as administrator,
(d) Reboot again.
