Hi everyone. I hold a lot of Zoom sessions for work, and sound is not playing out of my earbuds (just output, no microphone). I would like to be able to hear the other party through my earbuds and use the internal microphone on my laptop to speak to them.

When I first got this computer a few weeks ago, sound WAS coming out of the earbuds and I was able to speak using internal microphone, however something changed while I was on Facebook messenger with a friend recently. All of a sudden, I was able to hear through my headphones but the internal microphone completely stopped working. I was able to fix this issue through a support video I found on Youtube (by changing the "level" of sound of my internal microphone on sound control panel) but now nothing will come out of my earbuds at all when I plug them in. It just comes out through the external speaker. Please help!
