Product: HP ENVY 15.6 inch Laptop PC 15-ep1000 (322X5AV)

The headphone socket suddenly became very quiet and a little distorted - possibly because I tried to playback everything at the highest volume. The sound is still very quiet at full volume. The laptop has been to the repairers twice and is still the same.  

Now the call back service seem to be ignoring my calls. I have tried 3 times to get an answer. They give me a time within which they expect to contact me but they don't do it. I cannot find any other contact method - the call back service appears to be the only one. What can I do?
