Hi @ss1210,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

If your headset is not connecting to your HP laptop, there are a few things you can try to troubleshoot the issue:

Check if your headset is charged and turned on. Make sure that the battery is not dead and the device is not in power-saving mode.

  • Check if your laptop's Bluetooth is turned on. Go to your laptop's settings and make sure that Bluetooth is enabled.
  • Ensure that your laptop is within range of the headset. Move the headset closer to the laptop to establish a connection.
  • Try resetting the Bluetooth connection. Turn off Bluetooth on both the laptop and the headset, then turn them back on and attempt to reconnect.
  • Make sure that your laptop's drivers are up to date. Go to the HP website and download and install any available Bluetooth drivers for your laptop.
  • If all else fails, try connecting your headset to a different device to see if it's working properly.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
