I got this laptop this week on Tuesday when I try to view anything and I do use a third party site to stream shows like anime or movies, I always get an audio delay after like 15min of streaming a show, I never get any issues on my desktop pc or my Chromebook when it comes to streaming but this laptop always delays the audio and I tried hp support telling me the situation should resolve itself, but it is just too annoying to put up with so I'm wondering if anyone has a solution to this.

Please try

 

(a) Download the following audio software and save on your computer

      https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp96501-97000/sp96883.exe

 

(b) Go to Device Manager > Sounds to uninstall Realtek sound then reboot machine,

 

(c) Right click downloaded file and select Run as administrator then reboot machine.
