Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have no bass when I stream on twitch

when I hear the music everything is fine on the pc  - when I stream there is no bass coming out to twitch

All is correct in OBS studio that is where I stream from, but something is wrong on my pc and no one seems to be helpfull

 

I have reinstalled drivers and I have had different it guys trying to help but NO ONE seems to be abel to find the problem 

I have also made a total reste twice (pc is only 1 month old) 

I need it to work tomorrow so feeling a bet presure 😞

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, however, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:

  • Did this happen after a recent window or software update?
  • Have you made any hardware/software changes?
  • Have you tried any troubleshooting steps?
  • What is the product number of your device? Use this link to find it: http://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c03754824
  • Have you tried uninstalling Twitch app?
