Hi,

 

Remove the rtc cell then hold down the power button for 60 seconds before re-inserting the rtc  - see Page 71 of your Maintenance & Service Guide.

No luck with the first 2 suggestions/keys, I'm afraid to remove the screws from the machine, via void my warranty, this,notebook is less than 90 days,old brand new retail
