Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I'm trying to figure out how to roll back the BIOS on an Envy x360 15-u111dx. I have installed the newest diags, booted into it,  but there is no section for firmware management. I also tried using a flash drive with HP diags on it, same thing, no option. I also tried to induce BIOS recovery with Win + B upon power up, and the capslock button just flashes and nothing happens. Not sure where to go from here, any ideas are appreciated, thanks!
