How do you run a patch when you can't see the screen?????

I an having the same problem but all the advice says to reboot-done that does the same thing. Then says to go to enter stuff but the screen is black with a arrow NOTHING else there is not a place to click on or enter anything....PLEASE HELP my laptop isn't even a month old....

Maybe it is with the drivers. Not only the graphics driver but other drivers as well. First, I had installed the HP Intel Graphics Driver for my laptop. Then I restarted it and for the next month, the laptop would startup normally. Then I had installed driver easy and seen that there were 28 drivers that hp support assistant was not detecting. I updated these immediately and now it seems to be good. You can also try going into Power Options and Sleep Settings in windows 10 and uncheck the checkbox of Fast Startup ot sth.
