Product: HP Pavilion Notebook - 15t-ab100 CTO (ENERGY STAR)

HP Pavilion Notebook. I turn it on and the only thing that happens is a black screen that says, Boot Device Not Found

Please install an operating system on your harddrive. 

Hard Disk (3F0)

F2 System Diagnostics 

I can't start safe mode whereas yesterday I could. I'm stuck. I need this laptop for work! Panicking.
