Product: zbook 15u g2
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

At power on computer shows HP logo and then "Press esc key to enter startup menu",, then screen goes black then briefly lights up (still black) and computer reboots. Starts process over and after the "press esc . . ." message it clicks and shuts off, and then restarts and repeats. Power button will not turn off the computer, it continues to loop until power is removed. Have reseated memory, SSDs, and down a power reset with battery removed.  Appreciate any help, I'm stuck.
