Computer Won't Load Windows

HP Recommended
Microsoft Windows 8 (32-bit)

Hi,

I have a Hewlett Packard laptop, It was Windows 8, I upgraded it to windows 10 off the microsoft website. Just before it had finished downloading I closed the screen thinking it would still download. Now I have the problem of the laptop not starting up, When I turn it on it gets stuck at The HP loading screen, I have tried Pressing F11 (for boot startup menu) and have tried wiping it but it will not let me. I would wipe it from a disk/another computer but I don't have one. I would really appreciate it if someone could assist me and solving my problem.
